Reporting to the Head of Marketing and the Learning and Development Manager, I create eLearning for external customers and internal colleagues. This includes essential instruction for anyone preparing our food as well as mandatory compliance courses.
 
I am entirely responsible for the complete development cycle: 
•    Creating scope, structure; script and storyboard with SMEs
•    Instructional and graphic design
•    Recording voiceovers to a professional standard
•    Amending, publishing and uploading completed modules
•    Administration of the LMS.
 
The launch of the LMS has required ongoing refinement of processes and systems. This means managing our relationship with the LMS provider and delegating tasks to colleagues.
 
My success at building effective content to agreed specifications and deadlines has led to an initial six-month contract being extended three times so far.
 
I enjoy taking an active part in many of the company’s extracurricular opportunities. This includes serving Sunday lunch to senior citizens, organising charitable events and participating in sporting activities.
